VERITAS Collagen Matrix displayed high strength and minimal infection rate allowing its use in the reconstruction of complex abdominal wall defects where prosthetic mesh had failed or was contraindicated.

Stays Strong - VERITAS Shows Similar Strength to Other Biologic Meshes*

Strength Out Of The Package Does Not Correlate To Strength Of The Repair

VERITAS out of the package is 6 times stronger than the native wall in the porcine model. Strength of the meshes out of the box did not correlate to strength of the repair at 1, 6, and 12 months time points.1,2 6 and 12 month points of the Strattice arm have not been published yet.
